You’ll be able to download a copy of your statement online at my.acenda.com.au when it’s available if you hold the following products:

  • Acenda Insurance
  • Protectionfirst
  • Personal Protection Portfolio
  • Life Cover Super

Financial advisers can also choose to download a copy of their clients’ statements – when ready and if available online – by logging in at partner.acenda.com.au

Post

Your statement will be mailed to the address we have on file if you:

  • have opted for paper communications
  • own a policy under a product that is not available online, or
  • are expecting a PAYG Payment Summary.

Please allow up to seven business days for statements to be delivered within Australia, and 25+ business days for international deliveries.
